Hi everyone, do you know how to create a menu on a smartphone like the one on Apple.com?

I would like to remove all that junk that I see in my menu on my smartphone. All the gray part under "login, language, social..."

Make the entire background white, the various sections bold and with a larger font (as in photo 2 I would like them). Remove those hideous arrows. And I don't know if it's possible to put an animation like that on Apple.
