Help please! Is there a tutorial for how to make page viewable by customer tag in trade theme?

We are using the Trade theme. The page we want to make hidden to only customers tagged “VIP” is a json file. All the tutorials I’m finding are for liquid files. Can you point me to a tutorial that is for our theme or for hiding a json file by customer tag please? 

If there’s an easy way to walk me through it without a tutorial, I would appreciate that as well. I’ve spend days on google and went through dozens of tutorials and none work on our theme.

A tutorial or step by step is my preference, because I can follow directions, but have very minimal knowledge of code or how to code myself. Thank you!

Hi @ts1989 👋 In shopify made themes based on Dawn look in sections/main-product.liquid.

Full custom made tutorials are beyond the scope and courtesy of others times in a forum response for advanced theme customizations.

Themes vary wildly you need to hire someone or interpret instructions between themes by not adhereing to a list of instructions robotically.

The JSON templates are for OnlineStore2.0 themes, there is still liquid templates involved.

The JSON template lists WHICH sections are being used and those sections settings.

In shopify made themes based on Dawn look in sections/main-product.liquid.

Contact me for services if the business must have this customization implemented for you,  or want to commission a complete tutorial made for one specific customization in one specific theme.

Thank you for your response. I asked to be pointed in the direction of a tutorial, not for someone to create one for me. I’ve been able to follow plenty of online tutorials with no issues. I just can’t find one for this specifically. Thank you.

When combing so many specifics that's looking for a unicorn that doesn't exist.

It's a cliché avoid this beginners trap.

Search the internet or a forum for the keywords ,  dawn theme based discussions will get better results with applied effort.

I didn’t search specifically. I used various different keywords and searched in various different ways and as I said I tried dozens of tutorials. They didn’t work, so I asked for help.
