I've been trying to add printify and other apps to my store but it gives an error message saying it cant be loaded. I was told by support to use google chrome which is what I'm using. Frustrating as I've been trying for days:( Hope someone can help please... Thank you!!!
Are you able to send through a screenshot of this error that is appearing please?
This may be a local issue so I will just need you to try the following -
Clear your cacheand cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
Try a different web browser, as well asincognitoorprivatewindows to rule out any browser issues.
When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
Ensure the web browser isup to dateon the latest version (we don't support every browser, but we do supportthese ones.)
Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
Try on theShopify Mobile app; this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.
Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.
If the error message continues to persist even after trying the above local troubleshooting steps, then please let me know so we can look into this further with you!
