Help please! Shipping profile issues

Hi all,

Really need help please. I am using a new app box builder to allow customers to create their own gift boxes. I’m having never ending issues with shipping. Every time it says ‘can’t ship to your location’ because it’s not connected to a shipping profile.

All of the individual items are connected but it looks like every time someone puts an order together, it generates a unique code and I need to manually add it to a shipping profile. Obviously this is ridiculous and I’m losing loads of sales.

I’ve asked the app developer and they says shipping is nothing to do with them.

help! Any ideas? Thanks for any help.
