HELP PLEASE: TikTik Icon Not Showing in Footer Issue

We hired an agency to create our website and unfortunately had to cut ties. I looked into our theme store to add our TikTok icon to our footer and noticed that they coded it in. So I copied their format, added our TikTok link and coded for TikTok. However, the icon will not show. If I replace the code "tiktok" with "instagram", "facebook" "youtube" "spotify" literally any other platform it produces the icon. However, it will not produce the TikTok icon as you can see where the blank space is. Can someone please help? Thank you!
