HELP REMOVE WIERD CODE FROM FOOTER

Hey There Everyone, I have a website in which at the bottom (after the footer) it is showing some weird code from somewhere which I do not know how to remove (see attached photo) as you can see it says .card information at the very bottom, can anyone help me? Any help is appreciated, Thanks Everyone!
