Help resizing drop down menu

Hello!
I am having a bit of trouble figuring out the code for a few things. I will start with the drop down menu we have on desktop. The issue isnt there in the mobile version.

I would like to remove the padding at the bottom of the menu because we do not have any links in there. and it is just dead space. Any suggestions? I have attached a photo here. Thank you!
