HELP: Transparent Header/Image Banner Behind Navigation Menu

Hi there 🙂 I am in need of quick fix for the following: I need my image banner to go up behind the navigation bar on ALL my pages to create a transparent header effect, and right now it is just doing it on my home page. Wondering if anyone can help me with the code the get the same effect as my homepage (transparent header) on ALL my pages? Attaching images for reference!
