Help with dropdown mobile-menu (Turbo-Portland)

Hi there,

When I'm on mobile I want to expand the menu (in the header) when I click on a menuoption, just like in my footer. Now when I click on it it goes to the page that's connected to, I don't want that. Now I need to click on the arrow then it will expand, but I want in all times no matter where I click that it expands.

Can someone help me with this? I think I must go to mobile-menu.liquid but I'm not sure.
