Help with LeArts Shopify theme - need to update product page - newbie alert!

Hello Friends,

I am currently responsible for updating our products until we employ a new website developer.

Our store uses the LeArts Shopfiy theme. I have very basic html code knowledge but I am not confident with CSS. Basically, I need to edit/change two things on our product page but I have no idea where to do so. I know where to edit the code of the Shopify theme but that's about all I know. I now that their are pages with .liquid that

Please see the image below. I have circled the two parts I need to change and edit. Any help greatly appreciated!

What change are you looking to add to the encircled elements and what's your store's URL?

I am wanting to change the Estimated Shipping Date - so add a new date (but I can't work out where to do that).
I also think I will need to add a date beside the text that says "Availability".

Oh, I see. As for adding a new date to Estimated Shipping Date, the file to change would be main-product.liquid. Not sure what's inside that file, but that's the file to start looking for the Estimated Shipping Date code. Try using CTRL + F to look for "product_additional_information"

As for Availability, it's in the same file, and use CTRL + F to look for "product-variant-inventory".
