Help with newsletter

Someone please help me to change my newsletter ?

This is how it looks on my store

How can i make it look like this

 I've been looking all over but cant find a solution.

Hello @Xakhil give this a try if you haven’t already

1)Go to Online Store then click on Themes.

2) Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.

3) From the dropdown menu, select the template that you want to add your newsletter signup form to.

4) Click + Add section, and then select Newsletter.

This should be able to allow you make it appear like the second picture. Let me know if it works!

@Bundler-Manuel I want to add that newsletter to my footer. When i click on add section ,i can only see the option "Email signup" and "custom liquid".

The email signup option adds the section in my current site, Which is marked in the first picture above. Is there any way i can change that to the second picture i mentioned above ?
