Help with picture location on product page debut

Hello,

I had an overseas developer customize my product pages so that the customer could upload a photo and it would fit perfectly in a frame on the page. (see pic below). If I added a word in the description, it would mess it all up and not load the photo in the proper location. I then have to pay him to fix it. I would like to be able to fix this myself. Can someone show me? My website is thewoodgrainframe.com password Matt.

Also, see the second image. The spacing on the mobile for the title is off. Is there a fix where this wouldn't mess up the location of the uploaded image?
