Hero Compact in mobile view verses desktop

Hello! I am new to all this and the mobile view of my site is extremely compact compared to the desktop! I've tried everything. Can someone assist with how to make the view look the same from mobile to desktop? Thank you. This is how i want it to look on the mobile view.

You might benefit by making an image banner instead of using code to build the banner. That way it will look how you want it to look and not be resized every time the screen sizes change.
