Hero video - not full width size and cut video

Hello,

I am trying to set up a hero video (impulse theme) on my shopify page but somehow the top part of the video is missing. Anyone know if can adjust this without adjusting the height of the box where the video is displayed?

Basically I would like to have the video compressed in size so you can see all. Any ideas how I can fix this?

I see a blank section, and it says I don't have permission to watch the video.

Can you see it now? Its like the quality of video decreases and I cant see full video. Is it because of the format of video?
