Hide a specific collection title — Craft theme

Hello — I'm hoping someone might know a quick fix for what I need. 

I want to create a collection page which won't be visible on my website — essentially a collection page which would only be accessible if the user has the URL, as I want to set this up as a preview page which I can share with certain customers prior to new inventory going live to everyone. 

I want to create a collection titled 'New Pieces', but I don't want it to display alongside the other collection categories visible here.

I found some suggestions on here but none of the code suggestions are working. 

From what I gather I need to edit the code within 'main-list-collections.liquid' but beyond that I'm stumped after hours or trying to figure it out. 

Any help would be SO appreciated! Thank you 🙏

Hi – thanks for your message. 

I am just looking to solve the issue posted above at the moment, I've found other solutions for this issue shared on here but they don't seem to work for my theme. 

Is this something you can help with?

@Hannah93  yes all this can be done by custom code, if you have coding idea then i can guide you how you can do it but if you are not an expert i suggest you to hire and expert or do let me know to solve the issue.
