Hide sensitive image

Hello who can help me.
I am looking for a solution.
On my site I have products that are suitable for adults. Now I would like to see blurred images when people come to my shop and if they want to see an image they have to click on a button/link. Does anyone have a solution for this.

Yes this is achievable with custom code. We can use metafields or tags in products to label them as an adult product and then conditionally render them.

I have now created a metafield (adult) for all products with a sensitive image.

Now I only have a custom code.

Is there anyone who has experience with this custom code
