Hide Variant Options which don't Exist on Prestige Theme

Hi guys,

I'm working on a store using the Prestige theme and I'm running into an issue where it is displaying variant options which don't exist, or rather, it is showing all option set values even if they are not set to be combinable. The screenshots below show how the options are set up and also how it looks on the live page. I am trying to figure out how to make it only display the combinations I have set in the Admin instead of showing all options and just marking the non-combinable ones as "unavailable." I know that on the Impact theme, this isn't an issue, but I'm not sure how to change that here in the theme code.

If I am not mistaken, Prestige has setting "Hide sold out variants"  for "Variant pickers" block.
