Hi @Eugene_RF 

Yes you can do that with ease, just install Shopify Flow app and follow these steps to hide your product when your Inventory is low or equals to Zero.

Step: 1 Open the flow app and click on "Browse Templates"

Step: 2 Search the term "Hide" and you will see the template in the marked red box.

Step 3: Turn on this workflow 

Additional Checks needed: 

Please click on this place and make sure the Inventory is in negative, as this flow will work by checking if on the store any inventory of product will go 0 or in nagitive it will hide the product and if it will be in positive this flow will showcase the product again on the store.
