How can customers add images to their custom artwork orders?

Hello, I'm an artist and sell artwork and also created a form for customers to order commission artwork. I have size options and box for them to describe what they want, but would like a place for them to attach images I may need. Right now I just email them after and ask for images which is a little less streamlined.
