How can I activate the 'Inquire Now' button for out of stock items?

Hello all.

I was able to change the text of out of stock items from "sold out" into "inquire now" as I want the customers to inquire about out of stock items. But the button is still inactive. I want to make it active to redirect the user to the contact us page. I appreciate your help and guidance. Please check below picture:

You have to custom js code to add the enquiry form.

Onclick on this button enquiry form will be open.

You can use notify me app as well.

if not familiar with code, please contact shopify developer.
