How can I add a clickable Product Image over my Image Banner? DAWN

Hello, Thankyou for clicking on my question; this one really is a tuff nut for me.

I've wanted to add a Product to my main landing page, and I want to add it as a clickable Product with text on the side over my Image Banner. 
Praying that this is possible and someone could help me with this.

Just for reference this is my website and I want to add the featured product over the red sign on the middle left.

Hi thankyou for your advice.
Is there possibly anything else I can do with a little bit of code because I'd prefer to not have the entire banner clickable, just the red sign on the middle left.

Is it possible to make the shop all banner button invisible but clickable; then I just position it there?
Is it possible to create an invisible clickable box over my image banner?
Is it possible that I can make the image banner clickable; then adjust a specific click box by resizing it within the image banner code?
