How can I add a dynamic date to email notifications?

This problem has different variations. Most want to display a specific text after a specific date and time, but I want to dynamically add 4 more days to the order date.

e.g. if someone orders on Monday, the email notification should display the arriving time on Friday with the date format "Friday, dd/mm/yyyy"
