Hi!

I believe you would need to edit the 'announcement-bar.liquid' file or its equivalent CSS.

Unfortunately I'm still fairly new to liquid so i wouldn't be able to provide the code for this to be available, might be worth posting a job request and paying for some custom development unless someone is willing to provide it for you here

Looking into the options available using the Debut theme, it looks like we can add the announcement bar to the online store, however - we are a bit limited on the customization for the announcement bar due to our Theme Editor.

In order to have your announcement bar displayed as it previously was on another theme would require a change of coding. In this case, you can reach out to our Shopify Experts as they can assist you with designing the online store through coding.

Alternatively, we can look towards using a third-party application from the Shopify App store that can help you customize the announcement bar further. I did add a couple of recommendations for you to look through, let me know what you think:

Yes, it could be done through custom coding and editing the liquid file of the "Announcement bar". However, if you are not comfortable with the coding, I would recommend hiring a Shopify developer for it.
