How can I add a link to an image and text title on a page template on theme customizer? (Dawn Theme)

Hi! I'm trying to work on a page template on a theme customizer.

I have a section "image with text" but there is no option to add links to the image or to the title.

Is there a possible workaround on this? (besides utilizing the button option)
