How can I add a new product section to my home page?

Good day, 

can anyone guide me on how to add a “product” section on my home page. I can only add a featured product or product collections but I want to be able to list Newly added items to my home page as a section…is this doable? 

Im using the cornerstone theme and my website is Cutclaycraft.com

Probably this will help:

1. Create an automatic collection which will include all products in your store. For example, condition may be "product price > 0";

2. After collection is created, set sort order to newest. This way your new products will be on top;

3. Add a featured collection section to your frontpage and use the collection you've just created.

This way this section will feature the newest products in your store and automatically update when you're adding (publishing)  new products.

Thank you, I will give this a try. Is there no way to copy the product grid
template to the home page?

Not very familiar with what sections this theme offers.

Being a paid theme I'd expect it to have some variety.

Obviously possible with code edit if nothing suitable is there out of the box.

Thank you, yeah I am thinking i need to do something with the coding but
not sure what cause you cannot duplicate the code and move it to a
different template section. Hopefully someone knows how to help and I have
also reached out to the theme creators too for their assistance.

Will attempt your suggestion tomorrow and see how I go if no one can help.

Please try Swift collection , you could put it to homepage with a few simple clicks, (no coding required).
