How do I add images before each title to represent the collection with a product image? any help appreciated

@jehadz15 - default menus do not have this functionality, you will need to use mega menu app for it, on shopify store you can check various mega menu apps and choose the one you like

If the menus are collection then it's possible but you need  a developer for it.
But if you don't want cusrom code then it's better to use a mega menu app.
