How can I add a 'Request for Price' button on my product page?

Request for quote : Instead of providing a pricing table that include the price for each group of product which might not cover all product features for customers or ask the customer to send an email, using a request a quote button can help with pricing 

PFA, i have shared the screen shot in the word file and you can see my Product detail page in that the pricing will be Zero and Buy Now button and ADD to cart button will be enabled. do let me know if the price is ZERO how can this button be enabled ? for such reason i want to add a button call REQUEST FOR PRICE BUTTON and rest of the button to be disabled.

I required a code for request for price button and form page and then i required to disable all buttons.
