How can I add an image on top of the Image Banner?

How can I add an image on top of my Image Banner? Instead of text saying "browse product" I want it to be a custom image I made but It wont let me add an image on top.

no, I want to add a small image on top of the image banner, so where it would say "browse product" I want to replace that text with an image.
