How can I add an 'Order special instructions' text box to my Dawn theme Cart page?

Hello,

I am using Dawn theme. 

How can I change the text on the Cart page I can add a Section called 'Order special instructions' with a text box like in the image below.

Please enable this setting. 

Go to customization > theme settings : https://prnt.sc/XJU8cnW1XfSx

Sroll till cart > Enable cart note : https://prnt.sc/0Cz8fycdePld

and you done.
