How can I add clickable buttons on my image banner?

Hi there so I've been looking everywhere on how to add clickable buttons like this onto my banner that take the customers straight to those collections. I can't seem to find any tutorial on how to do it. That store is also powered by Shopify so I'm assuming its possible.

Any Ideas how?

Which theme you are using on your store? and which section you want to add click action?

Currently working with the Dawn theme on my shop and wanna add 3 click action buttons to my banner
