How can I add downloadable PDF files to a specific page on my site?

I would like to add downloadable PDF files to a page on my site so that customers can download a digital user manual. I am using the Minimal theme. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?  The "Elfsight File Embed" app recommended by Shopify Support appears to only allow you to add this feature to the Homepage, not a separate page that can be linked to from the main menu.

A few ways to go about this:

1. Upload the PDF file to Shopify's file, and directly use the PDF link from Shopify.
2. Use a Shopify plugins that customize your PDF experience in Shopify.

If you are / have plan to sell beyond Shopify, consider using a professional PDF hosting service like Titlegram to generate branded short links (eg. https://mhkuhn.title.is/manual) that you can share it online on any platforms including marketplaces, social media etc.
