How can I add dual links to an image banner in Origin or Dawn?

I want to make an image banner that's clickable and the left side takes me to one link and the right to another.
It is like the shop Nanushka, Left half links to the female clothing and the right half links to the male clothing.

Could you please help me out with this?

I am using Origin but don't mind changing to Dawn.
