How can I add H1 headers to my blog collection pages?

So I have SEMRush, and it says I'm missing H1 tags for the following pages: 

These are my blog collection pages mainly. However when I go to my blog collection, there is no content section to add a header, and the title should be displayed as the header anyway:

Can someone please show me how to add an H1 header to these two blog collections? Also, it shows I'm missing H1 headers for page 1, 2, 3, and 4 of that blog. I also don't know how to add specific H1 headers to each of those blog collection pages as you scroll through. Since I write so many blogs I have multiple pages for them, but I don't want each of them to have a different H1 header, that doesn't make sense.
