Hello. How can i add custom code / icons (30 days return icon and Buy now, pay later icon) to section like this on the attached screen?

It can be but you must add custom liquid code in your cart drawer file.

We will have to make changes to the liquid file for this. As this is not a quick fix which will require design changes, we cannot help there. However if you wish to implement it on your site, please feel free to reach me out.
