How can I add infinite scroll to my Streamline theme collection page?

I'm in dire need of help, I would like to add infinite scroll to my collection page but I am not able to? do I need to add an app?

I understand how important this feature is for the functionality of your store and to offer your customers. Thank you @Sheesh_b for sharing a solution and an example of how this functionality will look. 

Another option to look into is an app called, Infinite Scroll & Load More. This app allows you to load your products on your collection page without pagination. Each product that is assigned to a collection will load automatically and your customers will not need to click any additional links. The products load automatically once a customer scrolls through to the bottom of a collection page. You can also enable a Load More button that will replace the standard pagination links.

Another option is the app Scroll Freely that also offers infinite scroll, a load more button and a variety of animations for product loading effects. With this app, you're able to set the amount of products that load and you can enable Show Less & Scroll to top button for your customers. Within this apps description it also includes themes that it is compatible with.
