How can I add mutually exclusive product options?

Hello,

Is there a way by which we can add optional options. I mean i want to add 2 Options

1) Hand made color - Red,Green,Blue

2) Laser color -  Red,Green,Blue

and user should be able to select only 1 out of this two options

However currently when i attach this options to a Product, it creates a combination of both this options (Red/Red, Red/Green, Red/Blue etc), which i don't want.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Yes possible you have to use line items ( select field ) https://ui-elements-generator.myshopify.com/pages/line-item-property

And have to do some JS so use will at least select one option from the select box.

No, there is no need to create Variants.
