How can I add spacing between dropdown menu headers?

hi there, can someone help me add spacing between these headers on the drop down? they're quite close on desktop and i think it makes them hard to read? thank you!

Online Store ->Theme ->Edit code
Assets ->Styles.css

.navigation__item {
    margin: 15px 0 !important;
}

I dont suppose you would know a way to maybe make the catagories more bold or even highlight darker on hover?
