How can I add tags to blog post cards in my Dawn theme?

Hello! I am a massive newbie and have no experience of liquid apart from copy & paste jobs.

I'm customising my Shopify Dawn theme and have removed the excerpt from the cards displayed in the "Blog Posts" section. I would like to add the tag from my article to the card showing the blog post.

I have found article-card.liquid where I think I will need to make my modification - but not sure... It contains show_image, show_author, etc, so I want to add some kind of "show_tag"

I would like to be able to show a tag so that (in the rolls royce screenshot I grabbed) you can see:

JANUARY 21 2024 • AUTOMOBILE

Whereby Automobile would be the tag. You can see a similar example from another site where they have the tag "GEAR".

Given that articles can have multiple tags it would be good to have the first tag selected...

Can anyone help?
