How can I add text next to my store logo?

Hi there I'm editing my store and there's two things I'm trying to do but cant figure out.

currently the header looks like this :

I would like lower the line of the menu items to be closer to the bottom of the header, and then add a text with the name of the store on the space above, right next to the logo. Something like this :

We can insert some text on the logo, but font and same style in your example image would be hard to achieve. And we can also insert an image. If you needed,.

Yeah i imagined a custom text would be tricky , however you mentioned i could insert an image, so if i turn that text into a PNG image would i be able to insert it on that space? and if so, how can i do that?

Yeps, we can insert before or after the logo.

I would like to insert it after the logo, on the right above the rest of the menu, like in the picture
