How can I add text to the shipping section on Shopify Plus?

I'm on Shopify Plus and i'm trying to add text under the shipping section. With the updated way to customize checkout, "Checkout Extensibility", it seems extremely difficult to do so. I don't want to add yet another app to do this. Any suggestions?

Figured it out. No thanks to Shopify Support. Putting here in case anyone else needs it.

Online Store --> Themes --> Edit Default Theme Content (found in the dropdown next to the "customize" button)

Then search for the section "Checkout & system" Checkout shipping

I can't seem to find this anymore in the "checkout & system" section.

Has anyone found a way to do this?
