Hello. I am looking to adjust the spacing between each block in the footer.

You could give this a try; go to your footer section and add this Custom CSS,

  .grid__item { 
    max-width:16.5%; 
  }
  .grid__item:last-of-type { 
    max-width:50%;
  }
}
