How can I adjust text sizes for mobile and desktop views?

Hello, could I please get some assistance. I finished my ride theme site but I have big issues with the text, if I make the text big enough for desktop it’s way too large for mobile, and if I make my text small enough for mobile it’s way too small for desktop. So I’ve created two drafts where everything is perfect, one for mobile and one for desktop. How do I have different text sizes for each because it’s not neat at all. Also I’m having difficulties that I need some advice about 1) how do I click return in my text box’s because most of them don’t let me and it’s untidy. 2) how do I have two different announcements for mobile and desktop and 3) how do I have a closed collapsible bar for mobile and open only for desktop. I’d really appreciate any help anyone could give me and please keep it very simple. Thank you so much

I want for mobile header to be small and desktop header to be medium and for caption I want it mobile small and desktop medium and for the text box I want it for mobile h5 and desktop h2z thank you, I tried many codes and it didn’t work so I’m not sure what to do. Also please explain where to add it

H1 and H2 on all my pages are too big on mobile. On my About page, H6 is also too big on Mobile version.
