How can I adjust the bottom padding on collection list text?

How can I remove the bottom padding from collection list text so the text boxes are all the same height? This only occurs when scaling web page down.

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > More Actions > Edit code

Step 2: click on theme.liquid and paste the code above the </head>
