Follow these Steps:

1) Go to Online Store
2) Edit Code
3) Find theme.liquid file

4) Add the following code in the bottom of the file above </body> tag

<style>
@media screen and (max-width: 767px) {
h2.inline-richtext.h1.scroll-trigger.animate--slide-in {
    font-size: 24px !important;
}
}
</style>

RESULT:

You can try this code by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the online store ->Theme ->Edit Code.
Step 2: Find the base. css file and add the following code at the end of the file:

@media screen and (max-width: 749px) {
  .newsletter__wrapper h2 {
     white-space: nowrap;
   }
}

The text will be displayed on one line.

May be you should change your font-size
You can try this code:
Step 1: Go to the online store ->Theme ->Edit Code.
Step 2: Find the base.css file and add the following code at the end of the file:

@media screen and (max-width: 767px) {
h2.inline-richtext.h1.scroll-trigger.animate--slide-in {
    font-size: 25px;
}
}
