How can I auto-fill product names in a contact form from product pages?

Hi All, 

I have added email button in my store's product page that is linked to our contact us form.

But we want that when a customer land on contact us page from clicking it from a product page then that product link or name should be automatic filled in the message or may be once they submit the contact us form then the product link should also be in the email that we will receive.

Is there any way through which we can accomplish this? or is there any line of code that can help in this situation?

Hi @Andrea_b2 Yes we are able to figure this out, and it needs custom coding to accomplish the same, also each theme have different approach and different code according to their theme files.

I'm looking for this solution, as well. I found a tutorial for a different theme, but can't figure out how to make it work for Dawn. Were you able to find a solution?

Hi there!

I'm also looking to do the same on Dawn theme, I have a product title box now but I want it to automatically pull the Product Title instead of having the customer to type it in.

Hi @SamTsai 

As specified above you can do it but it needs custom coding i.e you need to update your contact form code, product page code so that it will automatically collect the name of the product instead of customer to type it manually.
