How can I avoid duplicate content in page creation on a pre-loaded template?

Hello All,

I am not a web designer, I am a business owner. I am very tech savvy, but not much of a coder. I am having an issue with Main Menu page creation and duplicate content on different pages. 

For example: I created a "Team Locker" page to sell team identifying apparel. Then I created a "Clearance" page to sell stuff thats older to make room for new apparel. However, the "clearance" page is exactly the same as the "team Locker" page. I have gone through all of the tutorials, but not being a coder by trade, I do graphic design for apparel, I cant seem to wrap my head around the alternate page creation. 

If anyone can give me some insight, it would be much appreciated.
