How can I bulk edit product color variants in the Impulse theme?

Hi,
I am currently trying to sort out filters for my products in the Impulse theme.  I have downloaded the Search & Discovery App.  When I want to add certain filter options such as colour on to the website I have multiple colour filters available to add as a option for my users.  The reason why is because over time as I have been populating my products collections I have sometimes spelled the  variant as 'Color', 'Colour' and so on, so now I have three to four different 'Colour' filters.

Is there anyway to bulk edit the whole of the products so I can edit the different ways the colour is written as a variant so that I only have one way it is written and one option int he filter as well.

I hope this makes sense and what I am trying to achieve.
