How can I center a logo on the vertical Y-axis?

can you help me to center the logo bio acqua on vertical Y AXIS? I don't understand it moved to the bottom od the section and now it's not aligned anymore to the left main menu..

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > More Actions > Edit code

Step 2: click on theme.liquid and paste the code above the </head>
