How can I change 'Cart' and 'Search' text to an icon inside my Madrid paid theme?

I have checked every Shopify question and everyone is trying to change from icon to text, but not the other way around.

I've seen some tutorials but I cannot find the same code lines in header.liquid or theme.liquid anywhere.

I want to change the 'Buscar' (search), 'Cuenta' (account), and 'Carro' (cart) texts into icons (I have noticed that the theme itself has icons in the theme editor but don't know how to activate them.
