How can I change cart view when it’s empty

Hello,

I got a question about changing completely cart overview. Becuse now it’s looking bad like in the example and it’s Avone them and even don’t have button like continue shopping it’s just title. So I got to add button here like in default them here 

is example 

 

 If it possible just remove the title from top and place it above button and also title if you have account. I would be grateful for help
